We ordered some simple valve membranes (W900000138) from Gambro at a rock-bottom Â£45 each!!! When I got the invoice we were charged Â£107 each and I was told that it had been replaced by W620021001. I was then told this was for the whole valve and so I sent them photographic proof that it was just a membrane. Later they said they'd made an error and would send a credit note and review the price for the April list.

Now the, guess what the new price is ..........

How about 100% on last years prices!!!! I've noticed the increases on majority of our spare parts ordered, but regarding valve seals etc try these below, if further info is required contact Andy Owen my Technical Manager.

When is a less than RPI rise not an RPI rise - when its a Gambro price rise. I wish my next pay rise was calculated on their calculator.

Also disappointing to see Gambro are now not supplying any repaired parts (boards, PSU's).
