Gambro WRO 300

just wondered if anyone else is seeing this problem with the WRO300, we only have the chem version but I would imagine its the same as the H in this respect.   We are seeing random Internal Error 103 related to cond. calibration  values. Once reset the unit runs on default calibration values usually indicating a higher output and lower inlet cond. Doesn't change enough to trigger a cond or rej. ratio alarm alarm so the RO carries on regardless.   Once it's recalibrated the unit will run for month

We have had nine WRO300Hs in use for 18 months and nothing with that specific alarm.  The only troublesome conductivity issue we had gave us 201 conductivity notification alarms that, after a PCB swap, seemed to be related to the permeate conductivity probe.

Under warranty, anything unusual resulted in a main PCB swap by Gambro.

Is it a 103:14 alarm with the manual suggesting replacement of the CPU PCB?

Good call Gerry, I see this is a bug fix in 4.2, didn't suspect software as all our 300's have been running happily on 4.1, and have only had this fault at a two home locations. Never had it on any of the the in house machines.

cheers
