Hi all

Once again I'm taking part in a sponsored abseil to raise funds for Kidney Research UK. The event is called 'The Big One' and is to take place at the Ramada Hotel in Cannock, Staffordshire on 15th March. The hotel is approx 150 feet high and has never been used as an abseil venue before, in fact this is the first abseil to be held in Cannock.
